WHO IS HELEN?
Hi, I am Helen Pavlovska. I know what it’s like to constantly feel not tall enough, not thin enough, with breasts not big enough, with shoulders too broad, and with a deformed ribcage. I know that feeling of never being enough.

My fashion journey probably began when I was 5 years old, when I decided I would become a photo model. I didn’t fully understand what it meant, but it was super important for me to dress up for the playground.

Throughout my life, my experiments with style led me to the realization that my style is my protection. I can create looks and feel confident, even if internally I lack that confidence.

Later, I discovered meditation and became a yoga and meditation teacher, which brought me inner confidence and peace.

After more than 13 years of meditation practice, training as a personal stylist, and working with over 200 clients online and offline, I arrived at the ideal formula: fashion meditation, which creates confidence in yourself not only on the outside but also on the inside.
